Well, this is my 1000th post, and by coincidence it was 4 years ago that I joined arbtalk.

I would just like to say a very big thank you to Mr Bullman for his fantastic site. I have learned more here than in any other place:blushing:

I would also like to thank the members that make the site such a fantastic resource, sharing in your highs and sometimes lows, sharing tips and advice........... even if it's just to "Man up" and stop whingeing!:laugh1:

I know my 1000 is nothing compared to some members, Im just amazed that i could hit this mark. I just keep coming back for more.

Thanks arbtalk and its members

Pleased for ya!! P.s how have you got on with the one-handed

Top handle technique??

I've not had the chance to try, I have been logging up firewood the last few days and wrenched my shoulder this morning with my hookaroon.ffs:sneaky2:

Once I have manned up I will be trying it without the wire gate.

Also, good chatting with you stubby, always enjoy your threads/contributions :thumbup1:

I'll drink to that! Thanks again Steve, bloody fantastic site this is.

I will second that , in the space of a few months this site has put me in contact with my new insurers ,put me in contact with the master saw builder aka spud , opened my eyes to the Fiskars X 27 (now have 2) , Got me a few enquiries on a defender we were selling and put me in contact with a few tree surgeons who i hope to buy firewood off .

That is all aside from the general good feeling and sense of fraternity you get being logged in , and the humanity sometimes shown to those who arent maybe having the best of times .
