found on oak trunk

Saw this on a oak tree this week on the trunk and the base was soft could pull off the bark quite easily.

thinking early stages of kretzs.

black spots very small had to look very close to the trunk to see them and went up about 2mts.

also noticed the small red patch anything to be concerned about.

been reading about acute oak decline hopefully not this.
