wow!
I have been training hard the last couple years and have got pretty strong. anyways i thought i would see how far a could push my chinups.
I maxed out at 70.25Kilos for 2 reps attached to waste. Which is impressive..so i wrote to giuness world book of records to see if i can set a new one. The guy wrote back telling me there is no record been attempted of this type but there is a well known fact of a famous chinner who weighed 17.5stone and chinned 140kilos attached . In total that is around 250k ..1/4 a ton chinup for 5 reps! Man thats incredible..better work harder!

You see that paul merton in india?? There was a guy on that with world record for push ups in a minute, Think it was about 150, Which was impressive, The same guy had the world record for getting kicked in the bollocks, Strange record that!!

Watched a documentary called 'Kick Ass Kung Fu' some time ago and there was a chinese fella that could receive kicks to the groin in this way. He secretly moved his family tackle up into his body so you weren't really kicking his nads, just the bone. It would take some playing around with your wee man to be able to do that though!
