When you can press 4 plates an end you won't be using a folding bench mate....

No your right there mark but if you wanted to try it, set the camcorder up at least when you got out off the hospital you could £250 for the footage.

Lookin good Ap, Im 119kg myself so the bench needs to be WELL MADE to say the least. Not done anything for 6-8 months and i struggled on 2 n half plates a side last night... Need to get back at it. Im gonna start getting the steel together when we shut up for xmas.

Same as our rack Paul. That bottom barbell must have 15kg of rust on it! The padding on the barbell is, I presume, so it doesn't mark your shaved, oiled, sun-bed tanned pecs? :001_tongue:

If I was you Big Fell, I'd make up the power rack but buy the bench separately, it's a bitch to get the covering and padding right and will end up costing loads on materials.

Someone on here (Big J I think) has a mate who does good prices on serious gym kit.

2 plates a side is my best effort. I'm breathing down your neck Big Lad....
