I have the ISA cert arb book with the CDs. The CD is basically a narration of the book but the study guide has a bit more info in it and all the diagrams. Its good because you can have the CDs in the car/van and listen to them each day. Which is what i do. They have all the questions on the CDs too so you can answer along in the truck.

Downside is that the guy narrating has a very strong american accent and it does get a little annoying.

I got one of the interactive CDs on climbing stuff too free once. That was very good.
