does any 1 know how long nptc certificates last as im looking to take my climbing certificates and not sure if id have to resit from the begining also how hard are the climbing certificates im quite a big lad but im losing the weight gradually shud i wait to lose enuf or just crack on

not sure what your asking resit what

size is not as big a factor as fitness

could you pull yourself up and around tree

nptc certs do not have an expiry date but 5 yr refresher is advised and a lot of big firms ect insist on

If you want to go for your climbing ticket and your worrying about your size, try and get some friction hitch practice in first to make sure you can thrust your own body weight...
