We have a vacancy for an ecologist.

We are looking for someone who will develop and grow the survey and report writing side of our business, someone proactive in finding and winning work with good face to face customer skills.

 

Essential skills:

Bat licence.

Ecological impact assessment report writing.

Full Driving Licence.

Good client facing skills

Self motivated and able to meet tight deadlines.

Good IT skills.

 

Desirable Skills:

Arboricultural knowledge / report writing skills.

Other protected species licences.

Tree climbing (CS38)

 

This position represents an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to build a business within a business, with further expansion of the team actively encouraged and the chance to gain management experience and a generous share of the revenue realised by their own efforts.

The area covered will be Scotland, mostly in the central belt.

 

Salary package up to £30k, to include company car, phone and computer etc.
