Annual works quotation

Hi all, Ive been asked to quote for a 12 month contract for general maintenance of 5? playground areas, tidying, keeping it generally maintained and litter off etc, they have listed of 25 hours a month!! Never priced this sort of work so was wondering what sort of hourly rate would you think is about right? Cheers

Is this one, five hour visit to each site, each month?

Yeah prob couple of hours each week to each site

I have 2 play areas I look after and they work out at around £25 per hour over the full 12 months ie less money and more time in growing season but money for next to nothing in winter. Good contracts to have though as they pay all year round
