Stihl 056AV

I have been considering selling this saw for a while and putting the £'s raised into a modern 50cc saw.

 

I started it up a month ago......as ever fourth pull saw it running, which was good. It's too heavy for me now and I could do with the money for the new purchase.

It is a one owner saw bought by me new from our local dealer in about 1983!

24''rollomatic bar in good order.

 

Any saw collectors out there have an idea of its value? I'm probably going to put it on ebay as this seems to be the best place for something like that or here on Arbtrader.

 

Any advice would be happily received.

I sold my 056av on ebay earlier this year, sold for £320!

Average for this saw seems to be around the £250 mark

Is it an ordinary 81cc AV, without chain brake?

It's a 056AV Super. Electronic quickstep. Yes with a chain brake. Not the actual saw but a fair picture of what it's like....;
