Owner says its a Witch Hazel, but I'm sure it is not...

As per title, the leaves just don't look like any witch hazel leaves I can see on Google images.

 

Sorry about the picture of the tree itself, that's the best I could get.

Dragon's Claw Willow I generally call it, other say Corkscrew.
