Wanted: Hazel hedge-laying stakes

just putting the feelers out, need to source localish hazel hedge-laying stakes need about 600-1000 for next autumn winter, if anyone knows anyone in the midlands, closer to Uttoxeter the better, please PM me with contact info, cheers Charlie |

Charlieh, my next crop is some years off so I can't help this time but just out of interest I wondered if there was a country wide standard for such? I would interpret your request as 1 meter sharpened poles between 1 and 2 inches dia. Anyone else have a different take on it?
