Stress control box on jenson tracked chipper

Is that all:001_rolleyes: where was that from mate? Just tried it again tonight after drying out and the box was lightin up so hopefully it maybe just the sensor on the flywheel. Cheers Paddy

 

is ther a green light coming on ,the sencor on the fly wheel should be i think 2-4 mm, gap can check 2mro ,pm me yr nm wen in yd will check mine over :thumbup1:

Cheers johnny mate:thumbup1: I can't remember what colour it was now it's in my mates yard in Stafford ready for paint and service and I'm heading up thirty in the morning so I'll get a look at it this weekend see what colour it is. Does diff colour lights mean different faults or sumat mate?

was at saptex near kilmarnock think they have went tits up tho.was 5 years ago that stress control is bad for going on 6 jensons

Cheers johnny appreciate it mate:thumbup: I'm positive it was red. The chipper was stolen recovered and has bin sat about a bit some reason the box was full of water drained it out will spray some wd40 in maybe and see what happens it fired straight up everything ran as it should just the stress control wasn't kickin in.

if u can remove the unit & put it in yr airing cupboard or some were warm it may dry it out ,the sencor is 2,mm ,just checked it

If my mates haven't sorted it by the weekend I'll give it a go mate. Cheers for checking I'll have a look at the weeken and they have a couple spare sensors knocking about so I'll try that if not looks like itl be a new box:001_smile:
