6" Entec Roller problem

Hi,

Just starting up for myself so brought as much as I could for as little as I could but tried to keep to the good stuff, ie Stihl and Entec/Timberwolf. 3 months ago brought the 6" Entec chipper off Fleabay, worked great but last few days after about 30 mins the infeed rollers stop working, it will kick it out, but won't roll in, if left for a few hours its fine again for 30mins or so, or you have to reverse the rollers and then they sometimes don't roll back in, bit puzzled, just wondered if anyone else has had this and could offer any light on it, or a trip to Lister Wilder might be in order,

Thanks Jon

Hello Jon

Give Timberwolf Tech Support a ring on 01449 765820, give them the details of the machine. Serial number and hours, they can then see if with a few tests it's turns out to be a simple one. If not you may have to visit Lister Wilder.

Good luck in you new venture, have you thought about allowing a Timberwolf Dealer to give it the once over? This would pay dividends in the long run.

Regards

Technical Support
