Stolen chainsaw haul, please check serial numbers

I have this evening been contacted by Surrey police regarding a large haul of power tools they have recovered. They have checked arbsafe and found none of the serial numbers listed. Why oh why do people NOT use this free facility? Many of these saws would now be reunited with their owners if people could be bothered to spend 20 minutes listing their gear :cursing:

Anyway, heres a couple spread sheets attached with the powertools and their serial numbers, perhaps someone will get lucky.

Hi Steve, the Husqvarna machines on this list have either the product no. or some other no. but not the ser no. newer machines with the correct ser no. can be traced to the dealer it was supplied to,

Yes, the officer did query those numbers with me, she had no luck getting a reply from husqvarna regarding that.

Well that's just flippin' dandy ain't it! But top marks to Surrey Pol for contacting you; I saw the case reported in our local Police enews letter.
