Hello folks

Any of you have any experience working at golf courses with a tracked

stump grinder ?

I'm about to do get myself known at a few golf courses

I understand a wheeled one would be to prefer but I don't have one

Have any of you been turned down a job due to using a tracked machine ?

Thanks

Always speak to and befriend the greenkeepers prior to moving kit about on a golf course, they will advise the best route and keep you off the sensitive area`s.

Bob

Bob your advice is spot on. I sell to superintendents around the world and I can assure you that if your on the same sheet of music as the super you will be fine.

Coordinating your task and the supers needs will be criticle in order to be an established contractor with the course and others since they all network together.

All the best.

Thanks for the replies folks, I wasn't thinking myself it would make much of a difference. I am very careful when changing direction, and if needs a sharp change of direction I use a board. To befriend and keep information flowing with green keeper I must do.

Thanks again for taking the time to reply guys.
