Christmas tree stump clearance

Recommended Posts

Hi all

Have a few acres of Christmas trees which were planted too tight, and grown too tall to be of any use. Going to cut them up for logs for the workshop burner (should last me 20 years!)

So I'm going to be left with a couple of thousand stumps between 5-15" across - was just wondering whether a forestry mulcher would be able to deal with this to bring the land back to a state of being able to start planting again?

If so any recommendations of forestry mulcher contractors in East Kent would be appreciated.

Cheers
