My scissors were pants so I picked up a pair of kitchen shears from eBay, much better!

If your doing a lot of splices the cost becomes Minimal. Saves a lot of time being able to cut high tech cords with ease. And pretty cheap compared to scissors that hairdressers use...

Hi, i use Fiscars scissors, 16mm double braid rope cut verry easy, but with Vectran and similary fibers itīs trouble. Here is picture: http://fiskars-online.cz/p/345/
