Groundsman - Full-time, permanent

Groundsman required to work in a 2 / 3 man team.

 

We are an expanding family run business located in south Bucks and operating in Bucks, Beds, Herts and West London areas. We operate on a firm but fair basis, offering good rates of pay for the right applicant, depending on ability / experience.

 

Candidates will need to have NPTC CS30, CS31 & CS38 as a minimum (Merist Wood 9 week course also acceptable), and ideally hold a driving licence with C1 + E entitlement.

 

We need someone who is punctual, polite, good with customers, takes a pride in their work and has the ability to work as part of a small team.

 

The position is full time, permanent (following probationary period), offered for immediate start. The company offers 20 days paid holiday plus bank holidays, a good rate of pay (negotiable) and further subsidised ongoing professional development.
