Coriniumarb - what specifically are you looking to use it for ie which elements of admin? - Job sheets? costings? invoicing? Stock control? Employee cards etc. etc.

 

I could just tell you to get confident in some very basic SQL programming and write your own MIS in MS Access - but this may not really be your ideal situation (although you would have total control over it, so I wouldn't dismiss it out of hand).

 

Others on here have suggested various web/app based services for things like invoicing, so there may be more than one solution to what you are looking for.

 

So, could you be a little more specific as to your needs or what you are looking to manage?
