Ms150 truly awesome little saw

Probably not the right forum but I did buy the ms150 as a carving saw. Not used it to carve properly yet but it has been truly awesome in dropping a mature cherry, thinned a laburnum hedge And took out mature buddleia:001_smile: that had overgrown the hedge. Next week I'm using it to drop a multi stemmed mature plum tree.

Yep, great saw, doesnt quite rev out well enough so i made a mild adjustment to the exhaust and now it really goes like stink. It revs much more cleanly and has just a tad more power on bigger stuff. Unfortunately will wreck any warranty you have though!!!

Just broke mine!!! Not even had to sharpen the chain and the Handel snapped at the air filter!!! What has happened to German engineering ??? Back to honey's it goes

Topping a small coni hedge, lowered it down using tool stop, As not to damage my new shiny saw, and pulled it back up handle was broke! No scratches or marks were it had hit anything bit confuselled really

Sounds like you had a faulty part, hope it works out for you.

The plastics are very thin on these saws, & require care in handling.
