Contract Supervisor – Utility Arboriculture, Cornwall

Due to increased workload and increase in operational staffing levels we now require a Supervisor to join our utility arb teams working throughout Cornwall.

 

Location: Hayle, Cornwall

Salary: upto £24,000 p.a. + vehicle, 28 days leave, pension, sick pay etc etc

 

The successful candidate will assist the Service Delivery Manager with the smooth operation of all arboricultural operations that are carried out in the area

 

Candidates will have a minimum of 3 years experience in managing utility arboriculture teams or related discipline and fit into a professional yet friendly operation with the emphasis on quality, fully buy into the requirements to maintain the very highest safety standards, ensuring that the customers and clients needs are at the forefront of all decisions and actions.

 

Candidates must hold:

 

- Formal qualifications in Arboriculture. Ideally Level 2 and above

- Have sound people skills with the ability to manage staff

- Experience in planning teams and targets

- Strong knowledge of Health and Safety systems and quality controls

- Have a full driving license

 

The ideal candidates will be flexible in style and thinking with an open, friendly personality. They will understand and subscribe to the importance of working as a team.
