Kiln Dried Oak - Anyone in the Peterborough area for supply?

Chaps,

A friend and I who are both keen hobby woodworkers are looking for a "small" quantity of kiln dried oak in ~27mm thickness, 200mm wide+ and 2.1m+ in length.

We're located on the Cambridgeshire/Lincolnshire border, so anywhere around the Peterborough area would be ideal, but we're stuggling to find someone interested in supply ~15 cu ft of European or English Oak at anything like sensible prices, so if you know of anywhere please let us know.

Best price so far is Scawton Sawmill, but on such a small order the £70 pallet charge kinda ruins it, and it's a 3hr drive. Several "local" Northamptonshire firms have quoted silly prices, one over £1k!!!

Cheers, Tom.

Thanks guys, will try those, not sure lathams will deal with us small hobby types but worth a go.

Since i have a small bandsaw mill (home made) and chilaskan i quite fancy milling some oak for "stock". Anyone supplying smaller saw logs in this same area? Sadly I dont know many local arborists, but would only want a few 18" x 8ft max sticks.
