Hi yes should be ok I tend to stick with husky Xp or stihl oil I have never had any engine problems also depends how often, and what sort of work your going to be doing with saw if your messing around with firewood using a cheap saw carry on with what you have.

 

The OPs oil is better than Stihl HP and possibly likely better than the XP; Husq are sheepish about their specifiactions... hmmm

Yes your right stubby TCD is an encyclopaedia on oils :thumbup::thumbup:

 

I did plenty of 4-stroke engine tribology research back in the day; less so 2-cycle but the fundamentals of lubrication in wear and heat are pretty well documented; basestock first; additive after. There are lubes that major on the add pack because the basestock is so crap...
