45ft sycamore shed a stem partially caused by previous storm damage and water ingress into a scaffold union and potentially branch drop .

Even though the other stem had less than 20% timber remaining ?

 

The rid stem had a vertical stress crack that ran for 2.5-3 metered cause by the pressure put on it when the first stem failed . He concern was for the householder and her children should they want to leave he house as the remaining stems were both capable of hitting the house / front door .
