Sharpening saw blades

I own a 2007 technorton compact 300 saw bench that has not been used much since I brought it. It has a 30 inch, 54 tooth general purpose blade and can take a 60 inch tungsten tipped one. Can anyone recommend where near to get this sharpened, and is it worth getting the tungsten tipped blade. We are based near Watford Hertfordshire and use it for processing domestic arb waste, so do come across nails etc. Just think this would be quicker in small timber than the chainsaw. Many thanks. I cant remember exactly the name of the company but there was a sharpening service in Sheffield,they also did a lot of barbers scissors and high end cutters. I'll have a look on on of my old PC's for a website.

It is possible to sharpen them with a dremel and cut-off disc or even a grinder disc mounted on the table saw, check out YouTube and wear plenty of ppe
