Hi, you may not be aware that there are a couple of threats to our sport looming. The first is an EU proposal to change the gun ownership laws, this would ban all semi-automatic sporting weapons, internet sale of firearms and components etc. The second threat originates in the UK where Defra is bending to pressure to impose a total ban on lead shot. Two online petitions are being run to try to put pressure on the relevant authorities to prevent these bans happening. Links to both are below, please sign these petitions and forward to any other interested party.

Wouldn't be the first time new regs have tried to be introduced via the back door though.

Oooooh Matron!

I'm no fan of semi-autos, but fully condone their place in vermin control.

And entertaining trick-shot clay busting vids.

Banning lead would hurt.

I'm a bit off the pace with what's currently out there, but when it was banned for wildfowl I soon realised that steel was crap and I had to sell one of my kidneys to buy a couple of boxes of bismuth.
