That's not going to get any better. Couldn't really tell what was beneath the limbs, if there's nothing going to fall off and hit the oil tank then it could be left. Looks generally like valuable habitat, so it could be stripped to a pole and left.

 

It's got bat roost written all over it, unless that cavity is open at the top.

sorry for the late reply guys. The sycamore is a fairly large one (remind me next time to get a whole tree for scale lol). It's a large in terms what size trees grow down here in pembrokeshire.

 

this is just my personal opinion but i think it should stay as is because we are doing some renovation ground work for this client and it can be easily monitored.

 

But if the decision was made to have it out then great potential for bat roost as mentioned before and also it could be a good tree for practicing some advance rigging techniques.
