First one may be Rigidoporous, the pores look orange/cinamon.

 

 

If you cut a wedge out you get to see the flesh and pore layer which helps with identification.

David do you think the 2nd and 3rd pics could be rigidoporus also ? They all seem quite localised between 2m and 3m some on the main stem and others on the codominal stems. The crown breaks at about 2.5m into 3 stems. The fruiting bodies seem to originate from old large pruning wounds. The crown is exhibiting a fair amount of die back also. I may get some resistograph testing to find the extent of the decay.
