Wanting to get some kind of bracket so I can carry 1 or 2 chainsaws on the front of the bulkhead when the trailers full. Was thinking of getting a quad bike chainsaw mount and using that if possible but most of the ones I can see on google are American. Anyone able to point me in the direction of some UK sites that sell chainsaw carry brackets?

Mounting a bracket on the quads not really an option due to it being used for farm work as well as it'd get in the way.

Liking the trailer so far, been really handy for our woods but might have the draw bar shortened in the near future as it does seem overly long so I've ended up grounding it out a few times. Also looks a bit of a weak point, it bends a bit when it's loaded. Can't help but think it's because it's just bolted on rather than welded up.

This looks a handy size trailer, anyone got one? Cheap enough too

MINI TIMBER TRAILER - tcfengineeringnew

I bought the very first one of these, I gave the chap the idea after we had a chat about it. based on another piece of kit he had back then. It's a very handy small quad timber trailer. Have tipped it over twice though. No harm done. Have shifted lots of timber with it.

Received mine the other day. Seems well made. Got Tim to put a bulk head on it and a swivel hitch too.

It looks pretty flimsy to me I'm afraid

centre girder looks light

drawbar looks too long

axle is too far back

tyres look narrow - are they flotation

fixed single axle is a disaster on poor ground fine if you are running on roads

bolsters are too high

loadbed is too short

apart from that it looks good

Cheers

mac
