SOme friends of mine paid £14k on an MFI kitchen (foolish I know...) due to be delivered on the 8th december. On the 7th MFI went into administration. DOes anybody have any information on this? I'd hazard a gues that my friends flatpack kitchen is sat in a warehouse somewhere gathering dust...

Re: Does anybody know any info on MFI?

Have you tried the MFI website itself (mfi.co.uk).

There's some stuff on there about what to do and it mentions filling in a form if you've paid cash...

"complete the Proof of Debt form available on the Company's website and submit this form to the Joint Administrators at mfi@mcr.uk.com or 43-45 Portman Square, London, W1H 6LY before 31 January 2009"
