Im a reformed paddlehead. Learn in an enclosed cockpit and learn to roll. Once you have a bombproof roll, your able to adventure further and generally be safer.

i used to do some kayaking for great britian when i was younger, went to denmark belgium france i loved it

join a local club, but you dont have to stick to rivers
