Just to clarify i have no connection whatsoever to this site or it's owners, but thought good service deserved promotion:

There was an expert there on the end of the phone who happily chatted with me for a good 10+minutes on how to achieve the best finishing results on some oak beams I am polishing,there was no hard sell or obligation to buy his oils.

 

Quite often when you ring somewhere you just get a salesperson who has no idea what they are selling or what you require it for, not with this chap, extremely knowlegable and helpful. Granted not the cheapest but i would happily pay a premium for the service I received.
