I love hawk moths and was happy to find this beauty in my house.

i had found one of these a few years back on a hedge i was trimming stunning moth and quite big really see a few coming on facebook recently

Seem quite a few big moths recently.

The second photo if you can make it out is two mating.

Stunning moths there, every bit as beautiful as a butterfly. I saw (found by daughter again!) what I think was a female gypsy moth in Colchester Castle Park last week. Unfortunately it had been squashed, while full of eggs...

We get a fair amount of hawk moth caterpillars on apple stock.

I have to keep them from the Boss and Polish workers or they would murder them
