If the Euros showed us anything it's that there was no decent teams out there.

 

It was just belief that got Portugal through.

 

It could as easily been us, but as soon as we went behind to Iceland you could see them collapse mentally.

He is my father in law's cousin. So down to earth.

The last time he was offered it, he steered clear saying the over paid actors weren't good enough and it could end his career.

I hope he doesn't take it.

It's a poisoned chalice, but look at what he did with Bolton.

Very solid manager IMO, never given a chance at Newcastle.

At least he wouldn't be bullied by the FA into playing Wilshere and Sterling.

 

Ha ha! Maybe he'll drop Rooney as well.
