£20,000 court bill after Elsenham tree surgeon admits burning waste

 

AN Elsenham tree surgeon and his business have been ordered to pay almost £20,000 for burning wood chippings and green waste unlawfully on rented land.

Today (Tuesday, January 14), 39-year-old Max Barton, of Elsenham Nursery, Stansted Road, and FR Barton & Son Ltd, of The Street, Little Dunmow, pleaded guilty to contravening environment regulations at Home Farm, Gaunts End, between July 6 and November 30, 2011.

But you can steal everything a working man owns, rape a granny, stab some one whilst on smack. £100 fine and you get 20 hours community service in an old folks home !!!!

 

country is in a mental state.
