+7" PTO Chipper

Hello Lads,

 

I’m a first time caller so be gentle!

 

Looking to upgrade to a 7-8" tractor mounted chipper for a +85hp tractor?

 

Was wondering if any of you have had any experience of this size machine and the makes I should investigate or avoid - we looked at a Vandaele TV180 last time round so this is the sort of thing we are after...

 

Any opinions would be appreciated

Farmi CH260, 10" capacity but will run fine on 85 hp.

Welcome to the forum JackthLog! I'd defo try a GreenMech CM220 - top machine and would run at 1000speed if you are doing thin stuff or wack in 540 and rev it up!

Generally looking approx. £16.5K+ vat for 1000rpm with autofeed, height adjustable swivel discharge, 54" pan, flow control etc. Obviously spec can be changed.
