average weight of a 4x4 pickup bed?

so, anyone with an rough idea of what a single cab japanese pickup bed/buck/rear body weighs? namely a 10yr old+ isuzu

 

contemplating bodging together a dropside body with toolbox, but want to maintain payload, and would rather have an idea of what leeway i have before getting the grinder and hammer out. cheers

hi mate, maybe of some help, took my bed off my ranger but that was a double cab,so bed bit shorter,but 3 of us lifted it off, could have done it with 2 but bit awkward, i reckon it weighed no more than 200 kilos,so full bed would be 300 kilos ish
