Jensen 528 Belt "sing"

Recently with the cold weather (0deg or colder)the chipper is making a "singing" noise.this seems to cease when the machine warms up.I am thinking the belts are first cold and less flexable, then as the engine heat warms them up they become softer and thus stop making noise.

The belts arn't slipping under load, they appear to be the original belts and might need replacing. The bearings arn't heating up,and if it was a bad bearing ,I would guess the noise would be constant or get worse with use.

Anyone else experiance the same?Or am I looking at the wrong area?Machine has 1000 hours on it.
