Clutch slipping on grinder

I have a Dosko grinder fitted with an 18hp Kohler and a centrifugal clutch. Even at very low revs the wheel is spinning slowly but on occasion it will slow to a stop.

I need the engine running to power the drive but its dangerous doing so with the head is spinning :001_rolleyes:

I took the clutch apart and all seems fine, as i say it does work correctly on the odd time i start it.

Any suggestions?

Thanks, ill give them a call.

To be honest Im thinking it would be a better idea to switch to an electric clutch, not sure what will cost or entail.

ask them as there grinders are a relabeled dosko unit as danequip use to be dosko dealers for chipper and grinders
