Could u tell me roughly how much a 20 inch sugi bar would be for a husky? We run husky 560s and grease/maintain the bars as u should but find the nose sprocket fails way before the bar is worn out

If you have a problem with the sprocket failing, chances are that you are doing something wrong, as it isn't normal.

Greasing the tips or not is debatable. I stopped doing it about a decade ago, and never had a failing nose aprocket.

Fair enough, any ideas what? we have only ever had this issue with husky bars, found it fails quicker with out grease. We have six hardworking 560s and they all seem to do it. Our dealer says that's just the way it is with hard working fast saw but we've not tried any other makes, so possibly we r doing something wrong?

I don't think your doing anything wrong, our 550's and 560's gobble husky and Oregon pro-lite bars for fun, build quality is poor
