Sorry they were taken on mobile. The get rich quick ads are because I hosted them on a picture hosting site. i've redone them with no compression so hopefully a bit better quality.

 

Someone has suggested contorted willow to me although I couldn't find much on the google about them so decided to ask here. I did find a claw willow is this another name? How big do these grow?

Some better pics taken yesterday.

 

Would anyone have any idea of the health?

A lot of the branches look brittle although this seems to be a feature of contorted willow. All the leaves visible appear to be from climbing rose (?) behind this tree. No leaves as of yet on the willow although you can see a few buds here and there.
