Woodworm Treatment

I bought some Rentokil which contains .25% permethrin and there is a small area in one Copper Beech floorboard with about six active holes in it.

I have been squirting it down the holes every day for a week and there is still a little volcano of fresh sawdust each morning.

The Rentokil seems to have no effect at all, has this happened to anyone else?

Is there something more effective?

The best way to get rid of woodworms is microwave Shashel. its system fry all

don't think you can fit floorboards in a microwave.

i use a spray can of cuprinol woodworm treatment.

you could try a heat gun as it's only six holes? that should cook the little buggers.
