Hiya

Some help required please! I have a Kiam electric chainsaw 2200w not sure of the model as its down my father in laws. I was using it the other day when the chain stopped moving although the motor still goes. Took it apart and it seems as though a spring/coil type thing is broken. Anyone know what this is and where I might get one? Tried Kiam but no reply...

Thanks!

Ahh I feel like a bit of an idiot, it's the clutch spring isn't it... Anyone know anything about replacing these?

Usual method with cheap Chinese saws like the Kiam Sherwood CSE22 you have there is to bin it & buy another one as there is no spares backup for them.
