ive just bought the hubby a surprise subscription of arbclimber magazine, anyone else get it?

i was emailing the editor yesterday, he says they had a flood a few months ago in their office and they are now working from home so its very rare that the deadlines are met. I've paid for 4 issues, hes sending out 5 as the only issue of 2 has an error in it so we get a free one (love free!!) , obviously its going to come all at once at they are back copies. im just wondering what other's experiences have been in getting the mag quarterly?

They are not a bad magazine, lots more practical info than essential arb mag, that is full of "life stories" and little in the way of practical advice.

I understand the deadline/release is a bit hit and miss, and the content is alot about rescue, and pages of leatherman tool comparisons, but other than that its a well rounded mag.

TBH there is far more info available here on ARBTALK, and you dont have to wait for it to arrive in the post, but for something to read in the loo its good!

I also keep essential arb in the loo, but not for reading:thumbdown::laugh1:
