The cables in the picture are the main Manchester to London line and the is close to them so care will need to be taken.The tree need inspecting to see if a reduction is worth wile,before a reduction of 50 percent.The tree is about 45 ft tall. if interested pm me and I will forward your phone number to the home owner.
