Got my first tip today

Was well chuffed today, did a nice big hedge today at work, we did a grand job clearded up nicly afterwards, customer chuffed...gave me my first tip...and i dont mean that 'i should wash more' as my partner suggested:001_tongue:

 

 

Just wanted to ask what tips you guys have ever had and was it something nice or naff?

good on ya cerne, they seem to be getting rare these days but we got £100 each the other month thats the most ive had and probably only the 3rd this year!

case if beer and £100 is my best to date but it was on a £1000 job that the customer wanted done on a bank holiday weekend.

sorry english folks please dont take offence,

but i have to say that when i deliver logs to the scottish folks, we always for some strange reason give a good tip, not to mention the warm welcome....

when we come come back down here,,, mmmmm its a different world....

Had a few over the years, Biggest has been £60 each (3 of us), Had quite a few people give me cans of beer the odd £5, £10, £20, Not had any strange ones yet!
