Had a rim sprocket shatter the other day on my 066, which I've never had happen before, part of it got caught under the chain, this i think caused the nose sprocket to go to.

its a windsor speed tip bar and i see someone on ebay is selling new tips for £15

(sta375)

but as in the title, how hard is it to replace the tip as i have never done one before.

or should i just buy a new sugihara bar?!

You just need a small hammer (pall pein is best), something hard to lay the other end of the rivet on and a flat file to dress it up with.
