I find that a combination of Trinitrotoluene, Cyclotrimethylenetrinitramine, ethylenedinitramine and Mercury(II) fulminate works wonders. Never had any regrowth yet.

 

Is this combination commercially available as a single product or line of products? Or do you have to buy separately from, say, an agricultural chemical supplier?

Its getting quite hard to obtain these compounds these days, and the mixing can lead to a short life full of incident.

 

However, I find that the application of enough of these compounds can resolve virtually any problem in life, not just stumps.
