I use saws day in day out, need power, reliability, high cutting speed, back up spares and service. MTD/Lawnflite ideal for the hobby/ domestic Market where you're cutting up say a barrowload of logs for your fire, or trimming up an apple tree that's blown over at the bottom of the garden, but for serious heavy duty work, no way.

Interesting. That's my thoughts on the saw.

I suppose its all down to the one handed use on a saw again. The domestic user just cutting up a barrow load and using one hand as its easier. Then the almighty rush to a and e begins.

Another trip handle sold to general public. Powerfull or not its still going to do some damage. But then it's the manufacturers discretion who the saw is aimed at selling to.
