My neighbour has one, and a good customer/friend has another.

 

My neighbours experience has been mainly positive, and my customers hasn't.

 

My best advice would be to stick with a simple, and gentler method of drying. You will save yourself money on set up too if you build a simple dehumidifier/heat vent kiln too.

Hi

I have the sauno kiln and I just can't get on with the thing

Steam kilns are supposed to be best for burry or pippy woods

well I just wasted half a ton of Elm,it shrank back more than you could imagine

Only had it 6 months used it twice and scrapped lots of timber

Any buyers
